The Data Curation Guide was developed as part of our current thematic focus to serve as an interactive map for researchers at the University of Basel to provide them with easy access to general and subject-specific information on data curation throughout the research data lifecycle.

At the event, we would like to discuss four questions in particular:

1. Coverage: does the guide address all critical areas of data curation, or is something missing?
2. Audience fit: easy enough for beginners, comprehensive enough for professionals??
3. Disciplinary specialization: which tools, literature, or links would you add? Would you prefer organization by faculties?
4. Interface: are you happy with the look and navigation? Would you welcome a mascot?
5. Anything else: do you have any other comments on the guide?

Finally, we would like to discuss with you the best way to deploy the tool at the university.

Your feedback is especially important to us so that we can benefit from your knowledge of the conditions and needs in your field before the roll out of the tool.
